The Ground Rules
Agreement to terms. Browsing this site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. If any part is unacceptable, the site should not be used.
Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to purchase. Orders may be declined or cancelled if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, the charged amount is refunded. Order confirmation is not final acceptance until the order ships.
Pricing and availability. Prices are displayed on the site and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, support will contact you with options: wait for restock, choose a comparable substitute, or cancel for a refund.
Product descriptions and use. Listings include weight capacity, open and folded dimensions, and material specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to review those specifications and confirm that a product is appropriate for the intended use. Outdoor gear is intended for personal and recreational use by one person at a time, at or below the stated weight capacity, unless the listing states otherwise. Damage resulting from exceeding the weight limit, improper setup, or misuse is not covered by returns or warranty.
Warranty terms. Products carry a three-year limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. Claims made within 90 days of purchase should be directed to the original retailer. For claims after that window, the warranty process applies. A replacement product shipping fee of $20 may apply for replacements issued 2–3 years after purchase; the fee is waived within the first year. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, or damage from misuse, accident, or alteration. Replacement parts are available for a limited selection of components; most components are not available due to safety and proprietary design considerations.
Your responsibilities. Accurate shipping and contact information is the customer's responsibility. If an order ships to an address provided incorrectly, responsibility for non-delivery rests with the customer, and reshipping may incur additional cost.
Intellectual property. Site text, images, logos, and design elements belong to the operator or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use of site content requires written permission.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or product purchase is excluded. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. The version on this page is the current one. Questions should go through the contact method on the contact page.
